Tickets are available on this website and at Folkets Bio Umeå's ticket desk during the cinemas opening hours. To buy a ticket online, select the desired film in the program section and press "buy ticket". During the festival we will also have a ticket desk at floor 1 in connection with Fika! (Västra Strandgatan 8A).

The 5-card and 10-card are only available to purchase at Folkets Bio Umeå's ticket desk during the cinemas opening hours. The cards can only be used online when booking your ticket, not buying. When your ticket is booked, you pay for it with your card at the ticket desk before the screening.

A membership card is required to see films during the festival. You will receive your membership card the first time you buy a ticket. You then need to bring it whenever you buy more tickets and enter the screening. The membership card is personal and free of charge. If you have booked or bought your ticket online, the membership card will be handed to you when showing/paying for your first ticket at the ticket desk.

Purchased tickets can not be exchanged or returned. If a screening is cancelled, you will receive a ticket to another film screening.

15-year limit

Many of the films at the festival have not undergone censor verification so we have a 15-year age limit at the screenings. This does not apply to our Daytime Screenings.
